Wherever you are.

I provide all services virtually, using a secure video calling platform operated by BC-grown company, JaneApp. All you need is your smart phone or computer and an internet connection. No looking for an address, no sitting in a waiting room.

 

I believe in empowering you with the knowledge and skills to reach your personal health goals. Together, we will create a personalized plan that is unique to you and your desired outcomes. Should your focus be on overall health, chronic disease management, weight management, or beyond, I believe that flavour need not be sacrificed in the name of nutrition. Healthy eating can, and should, be delicious.

Initial Assessment - 60 minutes, includes summary notes - $170

Follow Up - Standard 45 minutes - $120

(Also available 60 minutes - $160, 30 minutes - $100)
